The manufacturing facilities at Vaidya Group offer a wide range of modern machines ranging from 50 Tons to 900 Tons capacity, supported by ancillary equipment suitable for up-to-date molding techniques. The machines can handle any type of plastic molding raw materials from general purpose to special purpose.

We have latest and modern injection molding machineries from the different parts of the world such as DGP Windsor, L&T Demag,  Mafatlal nigatta,  Jet master, Husky, Engel, Haitai, Kyn kee  and Fom tech.  The shop floor is loaded with all type of supporting equipments required for injection molding such as dehumidifier, hopper, dryer, and chiller. In addition we have hot foil stamping, pad printing and spray painting machines.

To cater the special requirement of some of the very special oral products, we have clean room facility in which molding is carried out with below 15 micron dust level. It is a closed loop system. This maintains the good hygiene for the product and the material.
